About Omasum
The cow has a four-chambered abdomen: Mino (rumen), Hachinosu (retina), Senma (Omsum) and Jiara (abomasum). Each compartment has a different function.
“Senmai” or Omasum is the third stomach that sends the small food to the fourth food and returns the large food to the second food. “Facade” means “raw” cinema. This food is grilled and eaten in Korean kebab. It should also be consumed raw. Cleaned, sliced and served. This dish is eaten with “Guchuzhang (Korean red chili paste)” because you have to taste it yourself. You can enjoy the chewy texture.
